Light a ring

Four rings, four kinds of job. Pick yours, turn the knob to say how soon, answer a question or two, and the message to Ste is written for you.

Which ring? Pick the kind of job
How soon? Turn the knob

Pick a ring, then turn the knob.

Each ring is a kind of job. The knob says how soon you need Ste: a low flame for when it suits, full for today. Your message to Ste writes itself here.

Low: when it suits

A new hob for a kitchen that isn't finished, a thermostat upgrade or a service. Ste will find a time.

Medium: this week

Pressure creeping down, a valve that sticks, hot water that comes and goes. Worth sorting before it stops.

High: today

No heating or hot water, or a cooker you need for tonight. Ring rather than text: it's quickest.

Smell gas? Don't light anything. Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first: free, 24 hours. Then ring Ste about the repair.

Cooker to fit, boiler gone cold? Ring Ste.

Say what it is, the make if you know it, and where you are. Not sure how to put it? Light a ring and the message writes itself.
