Boiler breakdowns
Most reviews describe a boiler that had stopped. One boiler faulted on a Bank Holiday Saturday and Stephen arrived within an hour. Another reviewer had Ste the same day, and he came back with the part two days later and serviced the boiler at the same time. One reviewer was told by someone else to replace the whole cylinder; Steve sorted it the next day instead.
